On-site Consulting
Jane consults on all aspects of early 20th century houses, including kitchens, bathrooms, other rooms, interior and exterior colors, etc. It is only consulting - not the actual work or project oversight. The consultation is a collaborative process, working together to solve problems and achieve results. To the extent feasible, Jane can provide resources, contractors, etc. to help with the project.
Jane is a professional know-it-all about old houses. Using that knowledge, along with common sense, she can help achieve results that work and are appropriate to an historic house.
The charge for consultations is $195 an hour, and a lot can be accomplished in an hour (or two). After the initial consultation, follow-up phone or e-mail questions will be answered at no charge.
For on-site consulting outside the San Francisco Bay Area, travel expenses will be added to the consulting fee. Please contact Jane, she may in your area for another event and available for consulting.
